How do adapt to a 1991 bronco cable ? do you sell adapters

Asked by: bajaluv
Thank you for your question. We do not offer speedometer cable adapters. I would recommend contacting a local speed shop or transmission shop and see if they have an adapter. The fitting on the back of our speedometers is 5/8"-18.

can you reset the mileage (not the tripmeter) on speedometer?

Asked by: JoeC
Thank you for your inquiry. We are unable to remove miles from an odometer per Federal law.

What is the outside diameter of the bezel? Is there an option for a thinner bezel?

Asked by: Hotrodbill
Thank you so much for contacting us. The outside diameter of the bezel is 3-13/16". Both the Super and Monster bezels are the same OD, though the Super bezel is visually "thinner". Hope this helps!

I have a 4493 now, it stopped working. everything seems to be in order. The only thing I haven't checked is to make sure it's getting power from the switch, it should, all connections are good, Any ideas?

Asked by: Mr. Denning
Thank you so much for contacting us. This particular speedometer is totally mechanical, so the presence of power will not affect its operation. You'll want to make sure that the square drive inside your speedometer cable is indeed turning freely and that it has a good connection with both the speedo gear in the transmission/transfer case and the speedometer. If you've got additional questions or we can help further, please give our tech team a call at 866.248.6357. Hope this helps!
