15004 vs 15010 will these two parts interchange ?

Thank you for question. No, they are not interchangeable. They are made for different year models and one is for super dutys the other is for F-150s.

Will a gauge with a depth of 1 5/16 fit into this mount?

Hi, thank you for the question. Yes, plenty of clearance for 1-5/16". Most pods will accommodate about 2-1/2" of depth.
