Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gauges work and look much better than expected. Love these gauges. Definitely order the wiring harness. It made a two day project into a 12 hour day. I would also suggest getting a LabelMaker. Label all your wires before you cut them from your existing harness. I also ordered a Classic Dash to house my new gauges. It’s pretty much plug-and-play. I have a 69 Camaro and had a trim some of my dash pad. I did not use the LED indicator lights that were included with the wiring harness. I ordered much nicer LED indicators from Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy wiring I really didn't need to replace my gauge wiring, but this kit let me eliminate a lot of extra wires under my dash and made it very easy to hook up the gauges plus it gives me just one plug to use if I ever need to remove the instrument panel

Do you offer a wiring harness compatible to use with auto meter gauge set 1820 Thamks. Ed

Asked by: Young
Ed, Unfortunately we do not. You will need to use P/N: 3299 (qty: 2) to create your own harness if you wanted a connector plug that would work for the gauges.

I have 4 Phantom II stepper motor gauges, Speedo and Tach. What wiring harness can I use with these?

Asked by: Keith71
Unfortunately we do not sell a wiring harness kit for the phantom series gauges as the majority of those gauges come with their own wiring harnesses.

Will this plug into a 1996 Mustang 5" Tachometer?

Asked by: Outlaw88
Sorry, but I can't help with this. I used this harness to hook up a 5-gauge setup with a 3 1/8" tach on a Chevy truck. I would think you'd get a quick answer on one of the Ford forums, as this would be an easy one for the blue oval crowd. Of course, if you're going to be rewiring your gauges (at least your tach), you're going to see what type of connector you have on the back of the unit, and you can match it with the right harness.

How long are the wires are they long enough that I won't have any splices

Asked by: Boomboom
Depends on where your mounting the gauges at and how you've got the wires ran. For the most part they reached to the top of my a-pillar.

All indications show produce mad in USA. No labels on wiring or instruction to say made in China. This wiring kit is a big help and timesaver with installing a dash cluster!
