Which Shift Light is compatible with a '69 Ford 428 engine?
most shift lights plug directly into Digital Shift Controller or AutoMeter tachometer with dedicated shift light connector. others will just get hard wired to the Vehicle.

You can use any of our programable shift lights. You will have to install our Tach Adapter 9117.

Hi cant seem to find the peak recall function on the one i have purchased ??
The DPSS features a “peak” recall or memory to recall the highest RPM reached. Scroll through the Menu MODE (+) button until the display reads “PEAC” then press ENTER. This will display the highest RPM achieved. To clear the peak press MODE (+). If you are still having trouble with it feel free to give us a call.

Hello, can this shift light use the plug that’s supplied with my current shift light plug to my Autometer Sport Comp || tacho?
Thank you for your question. This DPSS will not work with that plug. This shift light has a shift light controller built in and requires an actual tach signal for operation.

Is this compatible with a rotary engine using 2 crane cams ignition boxes
Your Crane ignition boxes should have their own dedicated tach outputs. The shift light should work with this.
