Is this ID or OD? I have a small refrigeration line that is 1/8" OD and I'm trying to figure out what size it is and what fittings are needed.
The tubing is 1/8" outside diameter.

I am interested in the TUBING, COPPER, 1/8", 6FT. LENGTH, INCL. 1/8" NPTF BRASS COMPRESSION FITTINGS but required 2 sets of the fittings. What will be the cost? fyi. I also wish to end both sides of tubing with a 1/4" hose barb.
Extra fittings are not sold separately, you would need to purchase two complete kits. We don't have the barb fittings you want.

Can copper tubing be used for a mechanical boost gauge?
Yes, this will work as long as you don't exceed 100 psi. Wich would be pretty interesting for boost.
