Can the gauges be taken out of the bracket and be fitted in a dash opening separately?

Asked by: Jimmy 49
Thank you for your question. Yes, but you will need to remove the brackets from the gauges and cut the mounting studs in order for them to work.

Are these gauges liquid filled

Thank you for your question. These unfortunately are not a liquid filled gauge. We do offer a liquid filled gauge in the Ultra-Nite and the Pro Comp series.

Is the 2-5/8" white face Water Temp Auto Gage replaceable from this Gauge Console? Mine is reading about 50 deg F high at operating temp, and rests at 160 deg F in a 65 deg F garage. Any ideas? Would the air-core 4437-SPEB fit and be a better choice?

Asked by: Daniel13457
Hi Daniel, sorry for the problem you're encountering. Unfortunately the white AutoGage instruments are not available separately. You can send the gauge into us for service, however. The 4437 and any variation would certainly work for you, but would not match the others. While not required, this form will show all the required information for sending your gauge in for service evaluation: http://www.autometer.com/media/Service_Form.pdf

I bought the 2399 gauge set and like to change the oil gauge to braided line, do you sell this item for 4-6"? If I like to find something off brand that fits what type of fittings coupling should I search for?

Asked by: Caviking
Thank you so much for contacting us. That gauge uses an 1/8" NPT male fitting on the back and can use any of our braided line kits: https://www.autometer.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=line%2C+braided+stainless+steel#1&profile=products Hope this helps!
