Hi, will my 2 5/8" tach, #19306, fit this mount? If so, how is the tach held firmly in place? Does it just push thru the mount? Thanks

Yes, the 19306 has a single screw at the back the cup that will allow you to remove the cup. The tach will slide right into the panel, then the cup can be reinstalled to the tach to hold it in the cup.
