QUESTIONS:
What’s the outer diameter of these brackets?
Hi,
The outer diameter of these brackets is 2-1/4". These brackets are specific for Auto Meter 2-1/16" gauges.
Thanks,
Jim

Are these #2230 bracket narrower/thinner material at the base to allow me align my AutoMeter gauges straighter than the #2225 brackets. The #2225 brackets are too wide and thick and will not allow me to have two gauges next to eachother to be straight.
Thank you for your question. The material is roughly the same thickness. For further assistance please call our tech line at 866-248-6357.

I have a gauge pod from you guys and cannot tighten my Speed Hut gauges from the inside of the pillar. The plastic ring will not fit. Will this allow me to right my gauge so it will not move(it will rotate a little since it’s not tight)?
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately these cannot be used with a pillar pod since the amount of space is minimal. All of our pillar pods are press fit which will require no mounting hardware for the gauges as they are pressed into the holes provided on the pod. For further assistance please call our tech line at 866-248-6357.
