Do you make the tach mount shock strap kit for a 2 ⅝ tach?
Thank you for your question. We do have pods for 2 5/8" gauges, but we do not offer a 2 5/8" tach shock strap.

Can I use this type of mount for the # 2300 3-3 / 4 tachometer instead of its pedestal.

Thank you so much for contacting us. AutoMeter 3-3/8" gauges are all designed for in dash mounting. We do however offer these two gauge cups which will allow you to pedestal mount any of our 3-3/8" gauges:

I have a 3980 tach that is approx. 20 years old and works well. I am just needing to replace the "black cushion material" in the mounting band. Can I purchase the cushion material by itself (i.e., without the strap and mount kit)?

Will this work on a 5" Sport Comp speedometer 3995
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this will not work with the 3995. Most 5" in-dash tachometers and speedometers feature a large 4-5/8" diameter case and this strap is designed to fit a smaller 3-3/8" diameter, commonly found on most 5" pedestal mount tachometers, which feature a "step down" case, which reduces down to 3-3/8".
