What is the outside diameter of the gauge, is there a data sheet that has the dimensions?

Thank you so much for contacting us. The outside diameter of this gauge is 1.8" and the chassis is 1.15" deep (this does not include the male 1/8" NPT fitting on the back of the gauge). Hope this helps!
