  • Tests 6V and 12V flooded and AGM batteries rated between 100-1600 CCA or 10-265 AH. Tests starting/charging circuits, discharged batteries, and detects bad cells.
  • Automatically stores results of last 150 completed tests for easy review. Wirelessly communicates to optional test results printer via infrared or outputs to PC via AC-12 cable.

  • English and Spanish language menus and test results.
  • Charging system test results measure alternator current output, voltage regulation, and diode ripple delivering a pass or fail result.
  • Easily upgraded for future tech enhancements using AutoMeter's exclusive AMP Link software.
  • Advanced Digital Pulse Load (DPL) technology - patented test process and algorithm allowing operators of this product to rapidly measure a battery’s ability to provide adequate cranking power necessary to start the vehicle
  • True-Load – This AutoMeter equipment is unique compared with other products on the market in that this tester has the ability to apply a known significant load (True-Load) directly through the tester connections allowing for a more rapid and accurate test
  • 16 Gauge, 20" leads with professional grade Bite Rite clamps that are easily field serviceable.
  • Intuitive menu driven operation, transmitted via backlit LCD screen for ease of use.

QUESTIONS:

I have a 3 3/8 speedometer 0-120 . I need to replace the light socket. You show to of them which one do I need? Or will ether one work?

Asked by: jamesthe h
Thank you for contacting us. Across the same model number we’ve had various design changes over several years that often changed the light socket design. If you could please send us a picture of the front and back or your actual speedometer to service@autometer.com, that will help us ensure we provide the correct part number.

Dose it come with a case.

Asked by: Firewrench
Thank you for your inquiry. This tester does not come with a carrying case. We do have a model AC24J carrying case available separately: https://www.autometer.com/ac24j-protective-plastic-carrying-case-for-use-with-any-handheld-tester.html

IS THIS UNIT WIFI ? DOES IT COME WITH PRINTER? AND IF SO STANDARD PAPER AND INK ?

Asked by: MARLAND
Hi Marlan, thank you so much for contacting us. This unit communicates wireless with the available printer via infrared, not wifi. It does not include a printer, but we do have a package that includes the tester, a hard case and a printer which you can see here: http://www.autometer.com/tester-case-printer-bva-260.html Our printers use standard thermal paper rolls which can be purchased at any office supply store. Hope this helps!
