Simplify Gauge and Dash Integration with AutoMeter
Modern EFI systems have transformed engine management, but adding gauges or a digital dash can still mean extra sensors and wiring. Builders often end up duplicating sensors already monitored by the ECU, creating redundant senders and longer install times. AutoMeter’s CAN Bridge for Holley EFI systems (p/n 9111) makes instrumentation upgrades clean, fast, and reliable by allowing you to use existing Holley EFI sensor data to drive AutoMeter gauges and digital dashes – cleanly, efficiently, and without interfering with your EFI system.
Whether you’re installing an AutoMeter InVision LCD dash or adding traditional short sweep electric gauges, the EFI CAN Bridge provides a smarter way to integrate instrumentation using data your ECU already has.
What Is the AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge for Holley?
The AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge is a plug-and-play module that connects directly to the CAN output of supported Holley EFI systems. It reads data already being monitored by your ECU and converts it into usable outputs for AutoMeter instrumentation.
Instead of installing additional senders or adapters, the CAN Bridge captures existing EFI data and outputs up to five configurable channels to drive:
- AutoMeter InVision LCD Dashes (V2 and newer)
- AutoMeter tachometers
- AutoMeter electronic speedometers
- AutoMeter short sweep electric gauges for water temperature, oil pressure and volts
Note: This module is not compatible with stepper motor gauges.
Holley EFI System Compatibility
The AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge is engineered to work seamlessly with a wide range of Holley EFI platforms, including:
- Holley HP
- Holley Dominator
- Terminator
- Terminator X
- Terminator X Max
- Sniper EFI V1
- Sniper EFI V2 (requires separate harness #5240)
Importantly, the EFI CAN Bridge does not interfere with the operation of the Holley handheld or digital display, allowing both systems to run simultaneously without conflict.
Five Output Channels, Real-World Flexibility
The EFI CAN Bridge provides five total output channels, allowing you to configure exactly what data your gauges or dash display.
For example:
- Use the CAN output to drive water temperature, oil pressure, tachometer, speed, and volts to an InVision digital dash
- One channel can output analog oil pressure
- Another can drive analog water temperature
- A third can feed engine RPM to a tachometer
- Additional channels can support voltage or speed signals
Each channel pulls data directly from the Holley EFI CAN stream. If a specific parameter is not present in the ECU data, a traditional discrete sensor can still be used alongside the CAN Bridge.
(Refer to the installation manual appendix for a full list of supported parameters by Holley system.)
Simplified Wiring and Faster Installations
One of the biggest advantages of the AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge is how much it simplifies instrumentation wiring:
- No extra sensors to install
- Fewer wires to route
- No signal converters or adapters
- Cleaner engine bay and interior installations
This makes it an excellent choice for restomods, pro-touring builds, race cars, and EFI conversions, where clean wiring and reliability matter.
Easy Configuration with OLED Display and Push Buttons
Setup is quick and intuitive thanks to the built-in OLED display and five push-button controls. Using the on-module menu system, you can:
- Select which Holley sensor data is assigned to each output
- Configure gauge and dash parameters
- Verify proper operation during installation
No laptop or additional software is required, making post-install adjustments simple and convenient.
Perfect for AutoMeter InVision Dash Installations
If you’re upgrading to an AutoMeter InVision LCD dash, the EFI CAN Bridge is the cleanest and most efficient integration method.
It allows the dash to display critical engine data directly from the Holley ECU, reducing duplication and wiring complexity while delivering a modern digital interface with the accuracy and reliability AutoMeter is known for.
Why Choose the AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge?
- Plug-and-play integration with Holley EFI systems
- Uses existing sensor data – no extra sensors required
- Five configurable output channels
- Compatible with InVision LCD dashes and AutoMeter electric gauges
- Fast setup via OLED display and push-button navigation
- Backed by AutoMeter’s proven quality for street and race applications
Upgrade Your Instrumentation the Smart Way
Whether you’re building a modern EFI-powered classic or refining a high-performance setup, the AutoMeter EFI CAN Bridge for Holley systems delivers a cleaner, smarter way to add gauges or an InVision dash.
By leveraging data already available from your Holley ECU, the 9111 simplifies installation, reduces wiring complexity, and ensures seamless communication between your Holley EFI system and AutoMeter instrumentation – engineered with the same precision and reliability builders have trusted for decades.
