Complete the entire rebate request form. Rebate forms can be found in store, at www.autometer.com, or on our Facebook page. Include the original sales receipt showing: retailer name, date of purchase, Air/Fuel Ratio part numbers purchased, and price paid. Include the original UPC (bar code) and part number label from the Air/Fuel Ratio purchased.
