Complete the entire rebate request form. Rebate forms can be found in store, at www.autometer.com, or on our Facebook page. Include the original sales receipt showing: retailer name, date of purchase, Tachometer part numbers purchased and price paid. Include the original UPC (bar code) and part number label from the Tachometer purchased. No used, second hand, or reconditioned Tachometers qualify for this rebate. This Tachometer rebate is limited to consumers. No dealer or distributor purchases qualify.
